Prevention: In order to avoid the appearance of paint film peeling off, we should first select qualified coatings with standard adhesion, in addition, we should standardize the construction, and do the following: 1.The surface of the wall must be thoroughly cleaned and dried, and the powder on the old paint should be scooped off when refurbishing, and the gaps should be repaired.2.The base surface should be stable;3.Applying alkali-resistant sealing primer in advance can enhance the adhesion of top paint;4.The brushing interval should be about 4 hours;5.Single coating should not be too thick;6.It is recommended to work between 5℃ and 35℃。
Treatment: When the paint film is peeling and falling off, it is necessary to first remove all the affected paint film that loses adhesion, clean the wall, and wait for it to dry out (if the wall base is seriously powdered, apply a suitable sealing primer to seal it), follow the construction specifications, and re-paint。
If the putty layer is also loose and flaking, remove the putty layer together, clean the base and dry thoroughly, first use the external wall water resistant putty leveling (external wall putty will be hard in contact with water, can prevent the skin again), and then apply a thin layer of internal wall putty, then the closing primer, and then paint with the same color latex paint。
